If you cancel your booking, you may be subject to cancellation fees. The amount of the cancellation fee will depend on the terms and conditions laid by Aalpine Holiday Nagari India Pvt. Ltd.

• If you cancel your booking within 7 days from the check-in date, 100% of the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• If you cancel your booking within 10 days from the check-in date, 50% of the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• If you cancel your booking within 15 days from the check-in date, 25% of the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• If you cancel your booking more than 15 days from the check-in date, 15% of the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Please note that date amendment charges are applicable as per the cancellation policy. All refunds will be processed within 15 business days. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide a full refund to our customers.

• If you show up for your booking with prior notice, 100% of the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• If you decide to end your trip early for any reason, no refund will be provided for any unused portion of the booking.
• In the event of a natural disaster, political unrest, or any other circumstance that may threaten your safety, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without penalty and provide a full refund.
• If you have made a group booking, the cancellation policy may vary depending on the size of your group and the length of your stay.

We reserve the right to amend or update our cancellation policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to you via email or on our website.
